Senior Contract & Claim Manager (d/m/w) – Capital Investment Projects

Your Responsibilities

• •Lead contract and claims management for projects exceeding 50 million euros
• •Develop and implement effective contract and claims management strategies
• •Ensure contract compliance throughout all project phases
• •Process legitimate claims while defending against unfounded demands
• •Manage tender documentation preparation and contract negotiations
• •Collaborate with auditors, engineers, legal advisors, and project teams
• •Conduct contract reviews, training sessions, and workshops
• •Implement structured processes for opportunity and risk assessment
• •Oversee dispute resolution and variation management
• •Prepare and maintain professional contract administration documentation and correspondence

Your Profile

• •University degree in civil engineering, engineering management, or related field with legal or contractual qualifications, or law degree with technical additional qualification
• •Minimum 10 years of professional experience in contract and claims management for capital investment projects with Capex volumes exceeding 50 million euros
• •Ideally experience in large-scale international projects
• •Proven expertise in contract administration and claims management
• •Excellent communication and negotiation skills in complex environments
• •Fluent English proficiency (additional languages advantageous)
